With over 25 years of woodworking and construction experience, Jim Peterson is a sought after contractor in the Santa Barbara area. Jim has a reputation for high standards and completes each project with exceptional quality.  During his years of involvement in home building, Jim found that traditional pocket doors did not leave a lasting impression of excellence; rather they required continuous repair and expense. Always a man of integrity, this problem inspired Jim to find a better way to install pocket doors. He established the Peterson Pocket Door System, which incorporates an adjustable header that will never go out of alignment. Jim has successfully been utilizing the Peterson Pocket Door System since 2008, he trusts its lasting value and he is proud to offer his revolutionary pocket door system to you.

In addition to running the Peterson Pocket Door System, Jim is also the owner of Jim Peterson Construction, Inc., located in Santa Barbara, CA.
